What do I need to bring on the day?

You will need to bring your drivers' licence with you when you come to the track day. You will not be allowed to drive on the track without your licence so please do not forget it.

I've lost my drivers licence, what should I do?

If you have lost your licence you may obtain a reference number from the DVLA by visiting the DVLA's website, you must bring the form with you on the day to prove you have a full licence.

Is there a minimum age to drive on track?

All drivers must have a valid driving licence to drive on the track on the night, therefore all drivers must be at least 17 years of age and hold their own full valid drivers licence. Provisional licences will not be accepted. 

What does my ticket include?

All tickets (with the exception of helmet hire) include all refreshments for the day;

Half Day Morning ticket includes breakfast on arrival, a two course hot lunch and tea, coffee and water all day. 

Half Day Afternoon ticket includes a two course hot lunch, afternoon tea and tea, coffee and water all day. 

Full Day ticket includes all refreshments for the day. 

Can I drive other cars on the day besides my own?

Other drivers may allow you to drive their cars but this will be at their own discretion. You must have the relevant insurance required to drive any vehicles other than your own. 

I haven’t received a ticket confirmation email

Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your confirmation email and remember to check your junk folder. If you have any problems, please contact the evo team at evoevents@dennis.co.uk who will be more than happy to assist.

Can I bring family and friends?

Family and friends are welcome to attend as long as they have the relevant tickets. Those just wishing to soak up the beautiful surroundings at Goodwood and be a passenger in your car must purchase a spectator ticket each, priced at £70. This will include all of their refreshments for the day and the hospitality at Goodwood.

Those wishing to drive your car much purchase an Additional Driver ticket at £120 for a full day ticket, or a half day for £99 per person this includes the same track time and hospitality as the respective main driver ticket. 

Will my ticket be posted to me?

All tickets are electronic and will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

Can I get a refund?

Tickets are non refundable. For any ticket change enquiries, please contact the evo team at evoevents@dennis.co.uk.
